Et tu HR??

I just came across this article talking about 3 bold predictions for 2020 for the HR Department, and I do not quite agree about the prediction of an HR Department of all specialists.  I do agree though that as an HR professional, you should develop your own personal brand, continuously take professional development courses, find your niche, and network, network, network.
